Postpartum care service fees
The minimum service period is 2 weeks.
The basic family consists of the mother, mother’s husband, and a newborn.
Additional charges apply for additional family members.

Additional Fees
Additional fees are the amount received entirely by the postpartum caregiver.
Additional services are not optional; please make sure to check them on the contract if applicable.
For commute services, only caregivers within a reasonable commuting distance are available.
For live-in services, there is a 3-hour break period (rest, sleep, jogging).
For commute services, there is a 1-hour break period.
For long-distance services, the client is responsible for airfare and transportation expenses.
Working hours and services may vary.
If you wish to extend the service period, please contact Happy Mom before 50% of the service period has elapsed.

Service Refund Policy
Non-refundable: No refund for cancellations without valid reasons after the contract. This includes finding a cheaper service, personal change of mind, relocation, or assistance from family or friends.
Full Refund: Full refund in case of miscarriage or stillbirth.
Reservation Deposit Refund: In case of cancellation due to the caregiver’s health or personal reasons, the reservation deposit will be refunded, or another caregiver will be assigned.
