The minimum service use period is 2 weeks.
※ Long-distance Resident Customer Notice: Long-distance work is carried out consecutively without days off, regardless of the day of the week or public holidays. 1 week is calculated as 5 days; therefore, 30 consecutive days equals 6 weeks (30 ÷ 5). Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are all included as work days with no days off.
- ※ Basic service conditions are based on 3 people including the mother, spouse, and newborn. Additional costs may apply if other family members or cohabitants live together.
- ※ For live-in services, the postpartum caregiver is provided with 3 hours of break time per day. This time can be used for personal recovery such as rest, sleep, walking, or jogging. For commuting services, 1 hour of break time per day is provided.
- ※ For long-distance services, the mother must bear the airfare and local transportation costs for the postpartum caregiver.
- ※ Work hours and service scope may vary partially depending on the region, schedule, postpartum caregiver assignment status, and the mother's requests.
- ※ If you wish to extend the service period, please contact HappyMom before 50% of the total usage period has passed for smooth schedule coordination.
- ※ Commuting services are provided only in short-distance areas where the postpartum caregiver can commute.

- ※ Cancellations due to personal reasons such as simple change of mind after concluding the contract, using a cheaper company, moving, availability of help from acquaintances or family, etc., are not refundable.
- ※ In case of premature birth or miscarriage, the full payment amount will be refunded after verification of evidence.
- ※ If it is difficult to proceed with the reservation due to health problems or personal circumstances of the postpartum caregiver, we will guide the customer through possible options among deposit refund or alternative postpartum caregiver assignment.

Twins Postpartum Care
Twins require a much higher intensity of care than general postpartum care, so you must be more meticulous when choosing an agency. When there are two babies, tasks like feeding, burping, diapering, bathing, and laundry don't just 'double'—it feels like two merry-go-rounds spinning simultaneously.
1) Caregiver's experience with twins: Experience is crucial with twins. Caring for one newborn is completely different from caring for twins.
2) Additional fees for twins are determined after consultation with the director.
