Step 01. Contact and Consultation Application
Please call the contact number at the bottom of the HappyMom website or apply for a consultation through the Contact page. We will conduct the first consultation after checking the mother's expected delivery date and region.
Step 02. Detailed Service Explanation and Decision
Receive a detailed explanation of the service through a 1:1 consultation with the HappyMom director. Finalize the service that is most suitable for the mother's health status and family environment.
Step 03. Contract Drafting and Submission
We will send you a contract drafted based on the consultation contents. After reviewing carefully, simply submit the completed contract by email (happymom7080@gmail.com).
Step 04. Deposit Payment
Send the deposit to confirm the reservation. Payment can be conveniently made through Zelle or Venmo. (Account information provided separately during consultation)
Step 05. Postpartum Caregiver Selection and Matching
Reflecting the mother's preferences and requests, we match selected experts that HappyMom is proud of. We arrange for you to greet them in advance through a phone call or meeting with the selected caregiver.
Step 06. Service Begins
An experienced postpartum caregiver is dispatched to the mother's home at the promised date and time to begin premium postpartum care service.

Out-of-State Service
Service application procedures and costs for states outside California may vary by region. We provide detailed guidance on customized information optimized for the mother through separate consultation.
Insurance Support
We fully support the issuance of necessary documents and receipts for mothers using workplace welfare insurance benefits such as Carrot Fertility.
Schedule Change Information
If there is a change in the expected delivery date, please contact HappyMom immediately upon hospital admission so we can adjust the caregiver assignment without any disruption to the schedule.
