2. Service Agreement Terms
HappyMom's postpartum care and domestic support services are provided based on an official Service Agreement. The following key provisions apply when requesting a booking through the website.
Service Scope and Minimum Duration
All services are based on a minimum unit of 2 weeks and are provided across the United States in accordance with the regulations of a company registered in California. Basic services are for the mother, newborn, and spouse; additional charges apply for additional persons.
Long-Distance Services and Additional Costs
For out-of-state or long-distance services, airfare and transportation costs are the full responsibility of the client. Caregivers' round-trip airfare and local transportation costs are settled at actual cost and must be prepaid before service commencement.
Service Suspension and Limitation of Liability
Services may be terminated immediately in cases of unfair treatment of caregivers (insults, unreasonable domestic demands, forcing medical acts, etc.). Furthermore, the company is not responsible for issues arising from health information not disclosed in advance.
3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All legal disputes related to the use of this website and services shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and the court having jurisdiction over the company's headquarters shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction.
